The 'Renovation for the Next Generation', or 'RNG' for short, is a plan to fully renovate facilities for our Next Generation ministries, namely our Preschool, Children, and Student Ministries. RNG has been broken down into multiple phases, each focused on a specific area of the facility. The total budget for RNG is 9 million dollars; however, FBC has committed to limit any indebtedness needed to complete the RNG project to 2.5 million. This means that we will only move from Phase 1 to Phase 2 of the project, and again from Phase 2 to Phase 3 if we can do so while remaining under the debt ceiling we have agreed upon. The budget for each phase of design is as follows: Phase 1 (East Wing) = 5.5M, Phase 2 (Central Corridor & Restrooms) = 750K, & Phase 3 (West Wing Upstairs) = 2.25M. 

Currently, we have raised approximately 4.8 million for the RNG project! This is an incredible testimony to the faithfulness and the generosity of the people of FBC. The amount raised enables us to pursue designs for Phases 1 & 2, but we aren't finished yet. We are praying for the Lord to provide more funds so that we might incorporate designs for Phase 3 before we reach the point of 'substantial completion' of Phases 1 & 2. 

This is where YOU come in. We encourage you to join us in praying that God would provide the funds for us to add Phase 3 to our current scope of work. If you are doing the math, this means that we seek to raise approximately 2 million dollars in roughly the next 9 months. This is a God-sized goal, but it is doable! We believe prayer can move mountains, and we are praying for God to provide the funds needed to move from Phase 2 to Phase 3 of design.
